Profile of Theodore Ifeanyi
Ted holds a degree in Political Science and an MBA, and is an alumni of IMD Switzerland. He is a Chartered Fellow of CIPD, UK, is GPHR certified and his passion is to enable people/organisations achieve personal purpose and business success.
In addition to his role as a member of the board of governor to Shepherd’s Place Charities, Ted volunteers as a life coach & empowerment trainer at all the charity’s locations.

Ted is currently works with Shell and has worked there for two decades in diverse roles; with his last two roles as Manager HR Strategy, Shell International, Netherlands and HR Director, Shell Exploration and Production Company, Nigeria. He has spent a third of his career working at the Shell International HQ providing HR solutions across in 5 continents. His professional experience spans Human Resources, Business & Personal Transformation, Leadership Development, Corporate Services, and Management.
