Rachel Smith Theodore
Rachel is an entrepreneur, who had worked earlier as the MD/CEO of a
settle service
company that provided renovation and furnishing of infrastructure with
on-boarding
services to expatriates of multinational companies, before she joined
Shepherd’s Place
Charities from its inception in 1998, serving as a part of the
management team and on the
board of governors and directors.
Rachel is an experienced coordinator and teacher who over the years
built up practical
experience in developing teaching curricullum across the age groups. She
also lectures
in the School of Ministry. She works as an empowerment life coach;
supporting people to
identify, pursue and fulfill purpose.
Presently, Rachel runs family, youth & adolescent Christian based
educational training
camps, clubs and mission fields. She initiated and runs the charity’s
women empowerment
program, health and educational support to the vulnerable people in the
society alongside
poverty alleviation program.
Rachel has a BSc in Microbiology, holds a PGD in Theology and Leadership
Studies. She
read Psychology at Leiden University, Netherlands.
She enjoys learning and working with different nationals and people of
all ages. Rachel
embraces diversity because she values individual’s uniqueness and loves
people.
